Shipping Destinations
We currently ship all over India and to select international destinations. If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

All Femelis jewellery is carefully packed in eco-conscious, designed to keep your pieces safe, stylish, and protected during transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
Femelis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
